A local family-run business

Angus Interiors is a local family-run Christchurch business, established by Matt Reedy when he joined the Angus Group with a vision to create and grow its interiors division in 2012. Matt has successfully built Angus Interiors into a respected and trusted commercial interiors business, growing steadily through strong industry relationships, repeat clients and a reputation for delivering quality workmanship.

Today, our team includes two Project Managers and two Quantity Surveyors, providing the experience and support required to manage projects efficiently from tender through to completion. Our growth has been driven by the relationships we have developed with clients, main contractors, suppliers and designers, many of whom we have worked alongside for years.

At the heart of Angus Interiors is our friendly and experienced group of skilled carpenters, partition specialists and logistics team who have been with Matt since 2012 onwards. Their commitment, practical knowledge and pride in their work are a big part of what has shaped the business and continues to set the standard for every project we undertake.

We are proud of how far Angus Interiors has come and remain focused on building lasting relationships, delivering excellent results and continuing to grow with the people and businesses we work alongside.

We have built a trusted and police vetted network of skilled, reliable subcontractors who understand our expectations and work seamlessly alongside our team. This allows us to bring the right expertise to every project, across all trades.

Matt Reedy

I have been involved in the construction industry since the early 2000s while travelling overseas where I gained hands-on experience working as a hammer hand in the UK before moving to Sydney, where I worked as a kitchen installer while completing a Diploma in Quantity Surveying.

I feel very fortunate to work alongside such a skilled and dedicated team at Angus Interiors, and proud of what we’ve achieved together over the years.

Outside of work, I enjoy mountain biking, surfing and snowboarding, or getting out for a walk in the hills with my dog, Deano. Most of all, I enjoy spending time with my wife and two girls and exploring everything our beautiful country has to offer.

Paulette Reedy

Finance Manager

I have worked in finance for more than 25 years, with my career taking me from the UK to Sydney before returning home to New Zealand to start our family.

I now enjoy bringing that experience to Angus Interiors, working closely with the team across the financial side of the business. I love being part of a local, family-run company and working alongside such a hardworking group of people.

We live with our two daughters, two cats and our dog Deano and are lucky to call the beautiful hills of Heathcote Valley home.
